Using the AI Studio

Overview

AI Studio is Savantly's suite of artificial intelligence tools for creating content, images, videos, and pitch decks at scale. Instead of hours of manual work, AI Studio generates professional-quality outputs in minutes — from a single blog post to an entire content library.

The AI Studio section in the sidebar contains:

Smart Content Agent

The Smart Content Agent combines AI writing and web scraping to automatically populate your Savantly profile with content from any website.

Use Case

You have an existing website, competitor site, or industry resource. Smart Content Agent extracts structured content (products, services, blog posts, etc.) and turns it into ready-to-publish Savantly content.

How to run a scraping job

  1. Go to AI Studio → Smart Content Agent (or navigate to /smart-content).
  2. Click New Scraping Job.
  3. Enter the URL to scrape (your website or any public site).
  4. Configure:
  • Max pages — How many pages to crawl (up to 200)
  • Content types to extract — Products, Services, Blog Posts, Case Studies, etc.
  • Recurrence — One-time or recurring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  1. Click Start Job.

Monitoring a job

  • The job status updates in real time: Queued → Running → Extracting → Complete
  • Once complete, you'll see a count of items extracted
  • Click View Results to see all scraped content items

Reviewing and publishing scraped content

  1. Go to Marketing → Content Review.
  2. All AI-generated and scraped content appears here with status Pending Review.
  3. For each item:
  • Preview — See how it will look on your profile
  • Edit — Open in the full content editor to refine
  • Approve — Publish immediately
  • Reject — Discard
  1. Use Bulk Approve to publish multiple items at once.

Recurring scraping

Enable recurring scraping to keep your content library fresh automatically:

  • Daily — Checks for new content every day
  • Weekly — Runs every week
  • Monthly — Runs once a month

Newly found content goes to Content Review for approval before publishing.

AI Content Generation (Text)

Generate written content for any content type using AI:

Standard generation (instant)

  1. Open any content creation form (e.g., New Blog Post, Add Product).
  2. Enter a title or topic.
  3. Click the Generate with AI / sparkle ✨ button.
  4. Customize options:
  • Tone — Professional, Casual, Friendly, Authoritative, Persuasive, Inspiring
  • Length — Brief (100–200 words), Standard (300–500 words), Detailed (600–1000+ words)
  • Format — Prose, Bullet points, Q&A, Step-by-step guide
  1. Click Generate.
  2. The AI fills in the description and body content.
  3. Edit as needed, then save.

Rich content generation (async with images)

For longer, more comprehensive content with AI-generated images:

  1. Go to AI Studio → Smart Content Agent and select Generate Rich Content.
  2. Enter your topic, content type, and preferences.
  3. Click Generate.
  4. The job runs in the background (takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on length).
  5. Review the generated content in Content Review — it includes formatted body copy, an AI-generated hero image, and suggested tags.

AI Image Generation

Generate custom images for your content, hero sections, social posts, and more.

Generating an image within content

  1. While editing any content item, click the image icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select Generate with AI.
  3. Enter a prompt describing the image (e.g., "Professional team collaborating in a modern office, bright lighting, flat style").
  4. The AI generates the image and inserts it into your content.

Generating a hero image

  1. Go to your Profile or Business Profile editor.
  2. In the Hero Section, click Generate Hero Image with AI.
  3. Enter a prompt or click Auto-generate based on my profile to let the AI create an image matched to your business.
  4. Select from multiple generated options.
  5. Click Use this image.

Image generation tips

  • Be specific — Describe style, mood, colors, and subject matter
  • Include style keywords — e.g., "photorealistic", "flat illustration", "minimalist", "corporate photography style"
  • Mention your brand colors if you want branded images
  • Describe the context — e.g., "for a SaaS landing page hero section"

Social Content Agent

Generate optimized social media posts for all your connected platforms in bulk:

  1. Go to AI Studio → Social Content Agent (or Social Media → Automation tab).
  2. Select the content items you want to create posts for (products, blog posts, events, etc.).
  3. Choose target platforms.
  4. Set preferences:
  • Include hashtags — Auto-generate relevant hashtags
  • Emojis — Include or exclude
  • Call to action — Choose the CTA style
  1. Click Generate Posts.
  2. Review the generated post queue.
  3. Edit individual posts, then Approve to add to your schedule.

AI Video Generation (Business)

Create professional AI-generated videos from your content and brand assets.

Creating a new video

  1. Go to AI Studio → AI Videos (/videos).
  2. Click + Create Video or New Video.
  3. Choose a creation method:
  • From template — Start with a pre-built video template
  • From scratch — Build scene by scene

Building video scenes

Each video is composed of scenes. For each scene:

  1. Click Add Scene.
  2. Configure:
  • Background — Image, solid color, or gradient
  • Text overlay — Headline and supporting text with font, color, and position controls
  • Media — Add images or short clips
  • Duration — How long this scene displays (in seconds)
  • Transition — Transition effect to the next scene
  1. Add as many scenes as needed.

AI scene generation

Instead of building scenes manually:

  1. Click Generate Scenes with AI.
  2. Enter a brief description of your video (e.g., "30-second product overview for our project management SaaS").
  3. The AI generates a complete scene sequence with text and layout suggestions.
  4. Review and adjust individual scenes.

Rendering and publishing

  1. Once scenes are complete, click Render Video.
  2. The video is processed in the background (queue-based, typically 2–5 minutes).
  3. You'll receive a notification when the render is complete.
  4. Download the finished video or publish directly to YouTube or your social accounts.

Video credit system

Video generation uses video credits:

  • Business plan includes a monthly credit allowance
  • Additional credits can be purchased from Settings → Billing
  • Credit usage is shown in the Videos dashboard

Pitch Deck Creator (Business)

Create AI-powered pitch decks for investor presentations, sales pitches, and client proposals.

Creating a new pitch deck

  1. Go to AI Studio → Pitch Deck (/pitch-deck).
  2. Click + New Pitch Deck.
  3. Enter:
  • Deck title — e.g., "Series A Investor Pitch – Q1 2026"
  • Description — Brief overview of the deck's purpose
  1. Click Create.

Generating the deck with AI

  1. Click Generate Deck with AI.
  2. Provide context:
  • Your company name and description
  • Target audience (investors, clients, partners)
  • Key message or goal
  • Number of slides
  1. The AI generates a complete deck with:
  • Cover slide
  • Problem/opportunity slide
  • Solution slide
  • Market size slide
  • Product/service slides
  • Team slide
  • Traction/metrics slide
  • Ask / CTA slide
  1. Review and edit individual slides.

Editing slides

Each slide in the deck supports:

  • Title and body text editing
  • Image insertion (upload or AI-generated)
  • Bullet points and structured lists
  • Speaker notes (visible only to the presenter)

Versioning

Pitch decks support multiple versions:

  • Every time you save a major revision, Savantly creates a new version
  • Navigate between versions from the deck editor's version history panel
  • Share a specific version with a shareable link

Presenting your deck

  1. Click Present to enter full-screen presentation mode.
  2. Navigate slides with arrow keys or on-screen controls.
  3. Share the deck via its public URL: https://[your-subdomain].savantly.ai/deck/[slug]

AI Web Research

Use the AI to research topics, competitors, and industry trends:

  1. Go to AI Studio → Research (/research).
  2. Enter your research query (e.g., "Top SaaS pricing strategies for B2B companies").
  3. The AI performs a web search and synthesizes results into a structured research brief.
  4. Use the brief as context for content creation, blog posts, or strategy.

Research results can be saved and referenced later from your Research history.

Document Processor (Business)

Extract and structure content from uploaded documents:

  1. Go to AI Studio → Document Processor (or /document-processor).
  2. Click Upload Document.
  3. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT.
  4. The AI processes the document and extracts:
  • Key facts and data points
  • Structured content (products, services, features based on document content)
  • Suggested content items to create
  1. Review extracted items and choose which to publish.

Common use cases:

  • Import a product brochure → auto-create product listings
  • Process a company overview PDF → populate business profile
  • Upload a whitepaper → create blog posts and knowledge base articles

Insights & Recommendations

AI-powered recommendations for improving your profile and content strategy:

  1. Go to Analytics → Insights & Recommendations (/insights-and-recommendations).
  2. The AI analyzes your profile, content, and engagement data to suggest:
  • Content gaps to fill
  • Underperforming content to improve
  • Optimal posting times
  • Profile sections that need attention
  • Lead conversion opportunities
