Overview

Savantly's Analytics suite gives you a complete picture of how your profile and content are performing β€” from profile visits and content engagement to AI conversation quality and lead generation trends. Use these insights to refine your content strategy, improve your AI agent, and identify what's driving growth.


Analytics Dashboard

Navigate to Analytics (/analytics) for your main analytics overview.

Visitor Analytics

Average session durationHow long visitors spend on your profile

Geographic Data

  • A heatmap showing where your visitors are located
  • Top countries, states, and cities by visit count
  • Useful for targeting content and ads geographically

Device Breakdown

  • Desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet split
  • Helps you optimize your profile layout for the dominant device type

Time-based Analytics

  • Traffic by day of week and time of day
  • Identify peak activity periods for optimal post scheduling
  • Month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons

Content Performance

Track how individual pieces of content are performing:

  1. From Analytics, navigate to the Content tab.
  2. See each content item ranked by:
  • Views β€” How many times it was viewed
  • Unique views β€” Individual visitors who viewed it
  • Engagement β€” Reactions, comments, shares
  • Inquiries β€” Visitors who messaged about this content
  • Conversion events β€” Form submissions or purchases linked to this content

Top Content

A quick list of your highest-performing content across all types. Use this to:

  • Identify what topics resonate with your audience
  • Replicate successful formats for new content
  • Promote top-performing content on social media

Conversation Analytics

Understand how visitors interact with your AI agent:

  1. Navigate to Analytics β†’ Conversations tab or go to Analytics β†’ Conversation Insights (/conversation-insights).

Overview metrics

Conversation Trends

  • Daily/weekly conversation volume chart
  • Peak conversation hours (useful for staffing if you take over conversations)
  • Trend vs. previous period

Top Questions Asked

A word cloud and list showing what visitors ask most frequently. Use this to:

  • Improve your AI agent's knowledge base
  • Create FAQ blog posts or knowledge base articles
  • Identify product/service gaps based on common questions

Sentiment Analysis

Gauge how visitors feel about their chat experience:

  • Positive β€” Visitor appears satisfied
  • Neutral β€” Standard informational exchange
  • Negative β€” Visitor appears frustrated or dissatisfied

Review negative-sentiment conversations to identify and fix issues with your AI agent.


Lead Analytics

Track your lead pipeline:

  1. Navigate to Marketing β†’ Leads or the Leads tab in Analytics.

Profile Statistics

For a focused view of your profile metrics, navigate to Manage Content β†’ Statistics or the Statistics section of your profile.

Here you can publish key business metrics as content on your profile:

  • Add custom statistics (e.g., "500+ happy customers", "98% satisfaction rate")
  • These appear as a statistics showcase section on your public profile page
  • Different from analytics β€” these are marketing metrics you choose to display, not tracked data

AI Insights & Recommendations

Let Savantly's AI analyze your performance and tell you exactly what to improve:

  1. Navigate to Analytics β†’ Insights & Recommendations (/insights-and-recommendations).
  2. The AI reviews your profile, content, conversations, and engagement data.
  3. You receive prioritized recommendations such as:
  • "Your 'Services' section has high views but low inquiries. Consider adding a more prominent CTA button."
  • "Visitors from LinkedIn stay 40% longer. Consider posting more on LinkedIn to attract similar visitors."
  • "Your AI agent hasn't been asked about your 'Enterprise' plan, but your Products page gets high traffic. Update the agent to proactively mention enterprise pricing."
  • "Blog posts published on Tuesday/Wednesday get 2x more engagement. Schedule future posts on those days."
  1. Each recommendation links to the relevant section for quick action.

Engagement Metrics

Track reactions and social proof on your content:

  • Reactions β€” Likes and emoji reactions on content items (visible on public profile)
  • Comments β€” Public comments on blog posts and portfolio items
  • Shares β€” Social media shares of your content
  • Followers β€” People who follow your profile on Savantly

Navigate to individual content items to see their engagement breakdown.


Exporting Analytics Data

Download your analytics data for further analysis:

  1. Go to Analytics and select the date range.
  2. Click Export β†’ Choose format (CSV or Excel).
  3. Select which data sets to include:
  • Visitor data
  • Content performance
  • Conversation data
  • Lead data
  1. Download the file.

Understanding Usage Limits

Track your feature usage against your plan limits:

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Usage or check the usage bar in your dashboard sidebar.
  2. See:
  • AI messages used this month vs. your plan limit
  • Email credits consumed vs. remaining
  • Video credits consumed vs. remaining
  • Scraping jobs run this month vs. plan limit

Upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits to avoid interruptions.
