Live Sessions (Webinars)

Live Sessions (Webinars) let you host live video events for your audience β€” product demos, workshops, Q&A sessions, training calls, and more. Powered by 100ms, a professional video infrastructure platform.

Creating a Live Session

  1. Navigate to Engagement β†’ Live Sessions (/webinars).
  2. Click + New Live Session.
  3. Fill in session details:
  • Title β€” Session name (e.g., "Product Demo: Q1 2026 Feature Launch")
  • Description β€” What the session covers and who it's for
  • Start date and time β€” When the session begins
  • Duration β€” Estimated length in minutes
  • Cover image β€” Visual for the session listing and promotion
  • Registration required β€” Whether attendees must register in advance

When registration is enabled, Savantly automatically creates a linked Dynamic Form for sign-ups. You can customize those fields later under Engagement β†’ Forms.

Inviting Hosts

Add co-hosts or panelists to your session:

  1. In the session setup, open Hosts.
  2. Search for team members or profiles to add as co-hosts.
  3. Co-hosts receive host permissions in the live room.

Going Live

  1. Open the session from Engagement β†’ Live Sessions.
  2. Click Start Session when ready (available shortly before the scheduled time).
  3. Use the built-in controls for video, audio, screen share, chat, and Q&A.

After the Session

  • Recordings are saved when enabled
  • Registration and attendance data is available from the session detail page
  • Follow up with attendees using Contacts and Email Campaigns

Tips

  • Set Require signup to off for open lead-capture forms; leave it on for member-only surveys.
  • Use Save as contact with tags like webinar-lead to trigger email automations.
  • Use Post-submit action to deliver a lead magnet, coupon, or booking link immediately after someone submits.
  • Share the embed code in pitch decks so visitors can submit without leaving the presentation.
