Monitoring Campaign Performance
Campaign analytics
After a campaign is sent, navigate to its detail page to see:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Delivered | Emails successfully delivered |
| Open rate | % of recipients who opened the email |
| Click rate | % of recipients who clicked a link |
| Bounce rate | % that couldn't be delivered |
| Unsubscribe rate | % who unsubscribed |
| Spam complaints | Flagged as spam (keep below 0.1%) |
Improving deliverability
- Keep bounce rate below 2% β Remove bounced emails regularly
- Keep unsubscribe rate below 0.5% β Ensure your list wants your emails
- Warm up a new domain β Start with small volumes and increase gradually
- Avoid spam trigger words β Words like "FREE!!!" and "GUARANTEED" hurt deliverability
- Send from a verified domain β Never use Gmail or Yahoo as a sender domain for bulk mail
Email Credit Management
Email sending consumes credits:
- Each email sent = 1 credit
- Your monthly plan includes a base credit allocation
- View your credit balance at Settings β Billing or Email Campaigns dashboard
- Purchase additional credits when needed
Unsubscribe Handling
Savantly automatically:
- Adds an unsubscribe link to every email (legally required)
- Processes unsubscribe requests immediately
- Prevents unsubscribed contacts from receiving future campaigns
- Tracks unsubscribes per contact in the Contacts view
