Overview
When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or Muse for a business like yours, your Savantly profile can be one of the businesses they are shown. That person can read what you offer, ask you a question, and book an appointment with you. They do not need their own Savantly account.
You do not sign up for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or Muse in order to be included. You do not copy an address into those products. Savantly includes your profile for you when the conditions under "How to turn this on" are met.
A free profile is left out.
The conversation that happens on your Savantly profile itself is a separate feature. That guide is AI Virtual Agent and Conversations.
What your client can do
Your client asks the assistant for the kind of business they need, and for the city or area where they need it. For example, they might ask for a dentist in Austin.
The assistant can then read the services, prices, hours, address, and phone number on your Savantly profile. Your client can ask a question and keep talking in the same conversation. They can look at the appointment times you have open. They can book one of those times after they agree to it. If a booking is not possible, they can leave you a message instead.
How to turn this on
You do not turn this on inside ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or Muse. There is no extra switch to hunt for if your Savantly profile is already paid, public, and complete. Paid plans start with assistant questions and bookings turned on.
Your profile is included when all of the following are already true. If any of them is missing, finish that item and you are included. You do not submit a separate request.
Your plan is Pro, Business, or Agency. A free profile is not included.
Your Savantly profile is set to public.
Your profile has your business name. It has a description of at least a few sentences that explains what you offer. It has at least one published service or one published product. It has a way for a person to reach you, such as a phone number, an email address, a website, or a location.
On your dashboard, open Found through AI and leave Let AI assistants answer questions and book appointments turned on. That box is already checked on a paid plan. Clear it only if you want assistants to stop answering questions and stop booking appointments for you.
Adding your city, your business hours, and your industry helps an assistant match you to the right request. Using the same business name, the same address, and the same phone number on your Google Business Profile and on your social accounts helps as well. Those details are not a separate setup step.
If your subscription becomes past due, your profile remains available to assistants for seven days.
What you will see
A conversation that starts in an assistant appears in your inbox. The conversation is marked with the name of the assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude. You reply to it the same way you reply to any other conversation.
The Found through AI card on your dashboard shows three counts for the current month. AI visits are the times an assistant read your profile. AI chats are the questions people asked you through an assistant. AI referrals are the visits to your Savantly profile that started from an assistant.
Each question that comes from an assistant uses your AI credits. When your credits are low, the assistant can still tell the person the public facts on your profile, and it can still take a message for you.
When several businesses match a request, the assistant prefers the closer match and the business that is nearer to the person. A profile that is more complete, and a business with a higher rating, are considered after that. Paying for a higher plan does not place you above another business.
Bookings and messages
Your client gives their name, and they give either an email address or a phone number.
When they give an email address, they receive a confirmation message. That message includes a link to your Savantly profile, which they can use if they need to change the time. When they give only a phone number, you receive an email asking you to call them and confirm the appointment.
The assistant is not supposed to tell your client that the appointment is booked until the booking has succeeded.
