What is Savantly?
Savantly is an AI-powered digital presence and marketing platform that helps individuals and businesses create professional online profiles, automate content creation, engage visitors 24/7 with an AI agent, and grow their audience across multiple channels — all from one dashboard.
Whether you're a freelancer building a personal brand, a startup showcasing your product, or an established business expanding your digital reach, Savantly provides the tools to publish, promote, and connect at scale.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Go to app.savantly.ai and click Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email address, and a secure password — or sign up with Google or LinkedIn for instant access.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.
- Once verified, you'll be taken through the Profile Setup Wizard.
Tip: Verify your email right away. Some features (including AI content generation and social media connections) require a verified email address.
Step 2: Choose Your Profile Type
During setup, you'll be asked to choose between two profile types:

| Individual | Freelancers, consultants, job seekers, personal brands |
| Business / Organization | Companies, startups, agencies, nonprofits |
Your profile type determines which features and content sections are available to you. You can create multiple organizations and switch between them at any time.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile Setup Wizard
The setup wizard walks you through the essentials:
- Profile information — Add your name, tagline, bio, and profile photo
- Contact details — Location, website, social links
- Specializations / Industry — Helps the AI understand your niche for better content generation
- Color scheme — Choose your brand colors (primary, secondary, accent)
- Template selection — Pick a layout for your public profile page
You can complete or skip any step and return to it later from Settings or the relevant section in the sidebar.
Step 4: Understand Your Dashboard
After setup, you'll land on your Dashboard — your mission control. Here's what you'll find:
- Quick stats — Profile views, AI conversations, leads captured
- Recent activity — Latest content updates, messages, and notifications
- Quick actions — Shortcuts to add content, view conversations, or check analytics
- Ask Savantly — Open your AI agent configuration directly from the dashboard
Step 5: Explore the Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar organizes everything you need:
Savantly Profile
- Profile (Individual) or Business Profile (Business) — Edit your public-facing profile
- My Template — Change your profile template and layout
Manage Content
Your content library. Add products, services, blog posts, portfolio items, case studies, testimonials, and more. Each piece of content appears on your public profile page.
Marketing
Social media posting, blog posts, Google Ads, email campaigns, leads management, and promotions.
AI Studio
AI-powered tools: generate content, create videos, build pitch decks, and automate social posts using AI.
Engagement
Conversations with your AI agent, inbox messages, dynamic forms, and live sessions (webinars).
Organizations / Teams
Create or join organizations. Invite team members and manage roles.
Transactions
Marketplace seller setup, orders management, and sales transactions.
Step 6: Visit Your Public Profile
Your public profile is live immediately at:

Share this link with anyone. Visitors can:
- Browse your profile, services, portfolio, and blog posts
- Chat with your AI agent 24/7
- Submit contact forms or book meetings
- Leave reviews and testimonials
- Purchase products through the marketplace
